MeWe offers Quad Charger for the Wii
We all know that the Nintendo Wii is meant to be a socially interactive console, and is most fun when played with four gamers simultaneously. What happens when all four Wiimotes are fully exhausted, and you don’t have enough chargers to juice them up? MeWe has the solution in the form of its Quad Charger for the Nintendo Wii which is capable of charging up to four Wiimotes simultaneously.
Darth 64
I love the pluck and moxie of the Internet's constabulary of modders who deign to cram the bloated guts of a long-dead console into the home built chassis of a portable, but it's always the lines that get me: ergonomic monstrosities cut from fiber board with lines and corners sharp enough to slice open the fleshy web between thumb and forefinger.
Light Bot
Light Bot is a fantastic flash game in which you must program a robot to go from one side of a maze to another. I am embarrassingly ignorant of even the fundamentals of programming, so my first reaction was to take a little angry nap when confronted with nonsense terminology like "Main Method" and "Func. 1." However, I persisted, and by the time I'd gotten to the end of level 1, I was emitting squees of delight and firing off CVs for programming jobs consisting only of a screenshot of my score. This is a great little game.

Gang Garrison 2
Gang Garrison 2 is a playable 8-bit-inspired "de-make" of Valve's fantastic online multiplayer shooter Team Fortress 2. You can download it for free at TIGSource; at the very least, watch the trailer so you can listen to the crunchy remake of the TF2 theme song.
Gears of War 2
You've got to hand it to Microsoft: not only has the Zune gotten consistently better since its initial release (it's now a totally viable competitor to the iPod), but their cross-promotional Zunes are wonderfully designed. Following the steps of the Joy Division Zune comes a special Gears of War 2 edition, which contains a laser-etched Crimson Skull Omen on the back and preloaded with the game's soundtrack, making-of-videos, concept art and game trailers.
Punch-Out
Nintendo's bringing Punch-Out to the Wii next year, but as a huge Mike Tyson's Punch-Out fan, I've got some reservations.
XBox 360 getting Blu-Ray sooner rather than later
They never thought it could happen to them. The one, a widow, still haunted by the phantasmal caresses of his horrible murdered wife. The other, the vivacious child bride of her lover's widowmaker. In their secret bedroom fumblings, they would find the solace and bliss denied to each other: for one, power to go on; for the other, the fulfillment of that cruel, empty cavern in his chassis... a hole he never thought he could fill again. X-Box and Blu-Ray: A Love Story.
Galcon
Galcon isn't an iPhone-exclusive game — a desktop version is available for all three major desktop OSes for $20 — but it translates perfectly to a mobile device, offering modestly epic space strategy battles that can be completed in under a minute or two of play.
Gameplay is simple: To win, destroy your enemy. To destroy him, capture his planets with your tiny wedge spaceships. The larger the planet you hold, the faster more ships are produced. I've seen the desktop version described as "arcade RISK" and it's a description that holds.
Sonic and the Black Knight
On July 19, 2008, seismologists across the globe experienced a strange phenomenon -- the needles on their trusty seismographs began to bounce ever so slightly. Some would blame it on tiny movements in our Earth's tectonic plates. Others would attribute it to faulty equipment. Those with an active internet connection and a penchant for gaming news, however, quickly discovered the cause of the activity -- simultaneous, powerful groans, uttered in response to an image of Sonic the Hedgehog, brandishing a broadsword.
